Revisions are based on the package selected. Clients may request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise the design at no additional cost, provided the original design concept remains unchanged. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
Under no circumstances will deposits be eligible for a refund if the initial designs or concepts (after delivery) are approved or if a change is requested, unless Cryptical Web Studio cancels or ends your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.
Refunds are not applicable for a change of mind.
All refund requests will be handled as follows:
If you request a refund after the initial logo concepts have been provided, the refund offer becomes void once you approve or request changes to the initial designs.
Once the project has entered the revision phase, the refund offer becomes void and refund requests will not be accepted.
If a refund is requested before the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48–96 hours of initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
No refund requests will be accepted after 96 hours of initial design delivery. However, as we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns.
No refund will be granted if the customer remains inactive for 7 working days. Restarting the order will incur a fee based on the scope of the project.
No refund will be granted if the customer is unresponsive for 5 consecutive working days.
All refund requests must be submitted to our support department. CrypticalWebStudio.com.au reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
No refund is available once the final files have been delivered.
For website packages, no refund will be issued once the initial design mock-up has been revised or inner pages have been created with client approval.
For Cryptical Web Studio custom bundles, refund rules apply the same as for individual packages.
Example: If you purchase a logo and website package and approve the logo, you may only request a refund on the website component (at the initial design stage only).
A valid reason is required for a refund request, assessed against the design brief and revision feedback. If the design is created according to the brief, a refund will not be approved, although further revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved.
Both parties (Cryptical Web Studio and the Client) agree not to attack, criticise, or publicly disparage each other or any employees, associates, or partners on forums, blogs, or social media at any time during or after the contract period. Breach of this clause may result in compensation being payable by the breaching party, as determined by the non-breaching party.
The Money Back Guarantee applies only when the order is placed in good faith. If a client places the same job with multiple agencies intending to claim a refund, Cryptical Web Studio may decline the refund request.
All design projects require client participation. Clients are expected to remain active and provide feedback throughout the process to ensure the desired outcome.
The 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a redesign if the logo provided is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any similarity is purely coincidental, and Cryptical Web Studio accepts no responsibility or liability. Clients are responsible for securing their own copyright registrations.

We will attempt to resolve your concerns under our Revision Policy. If unresolved, we will issue a refund approval email from our Refunds Department.
Upon refund approval, all rights to the design are transferred to Cryptical Web Studio. You may not use, display, or claim ownership of any design concepts or files provided.
Cryptical Web Studio works with government copyright agencies to register refunded designs to prevent reuse as original designs in the future.

The My Account area is the primary method of communication. It is your responsibility to check messages, queries and designer updates. Failure to do so may impact your eligibility for a refund. If you are unsure how to use the My Account area, please contact customer support for assistance.
Our designers strictly follow the specifications provided in the order form. Each design is created after thorough research to ensure quality and originality.
We revise your design as many times as required until you are fully satisfied (depending on your package).
Third-party services such as domain names, web hosting, and third-party APIs are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled before the end of the service term.
Email accounts included with website packages may be used with third-party email clients such as Outlook.
If you choose not to host your website with us, email accounts will not be provided.
All design files are delivered to My Account by the date specified on your Order Confirmation. An email notification is also sent. Policies related to revisions and refunds are based on the delivery date and time stated in My Account.
